Our Word is Our Bond. If we fail to meet our 5-business day quote window and/or our 10-business day installation deadline due to our internal scheduling (15 business days total), we will credit your project $222.00. We are the only team in the region confident enough to put a price tag on our punctuality.

The fine print, kept simple.

To ensure we can meet these aggressive timelines, the Quest Quick program is subject to the following guidelines:

Project Scope & Size

• Retail Only: Available for Retail Flooring and Countertop projects.
• In Stock Materials Only. Includes quartz countertops, carpeting, LVP and SPC only.
• Maximum Square Footage: Flooring projects must be 1,200 sq. ft. or less.
• Trade Exclusions: Quest Quick does not include plumbing or electrical work. Any disconnects or wiring must be handled by licensed professionals and may affect the total timeline.

The “Clock” Rules

• The Measure and Quote Clock: Starts the first business day after the form above is filled out.
• The Install Clock: Starts once the quote is signed, the deposit is paid, and materials are confirmed as in-stock.
• Worksite Readiness: The jobsite must be cleared of furniture and debris, meet agreed terms of the contract and be climate controlled.

Limitations & Pauses

• Delays caused by the consumer:  Any delays caused by the consumer will pause the clock (e.g., delays in scheduling a mutually agreed upon and timely (within 3 days of sign up) measurement between the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on business days,  inability to provide an in-person meeting to receive the quote, no email address for receipt of quote or failure to select all of the products required for quoting.)
• Other Trades: If our team is delayed by other contractors on-site (painters, plumbers, etc.), the guarantee is voided.
• Structural Issues: Discovery of unforeseen issues (rotted subfloors, mold, asbestos) will pause the clock until remediation is complete.
• Customer Changes: Any changes to the scope of work or material selection after the clock starts will reset the timeline.
• Acts of God: Delays due to extreme weather or natural disasters are excluded.

Does this apply to all materials? Quest Quick is designed for our In-Stock Selection. If you choose a  special-order product,  we will work hard to install it quickly, however the Quest Quick Guarantee will not apply.

What if my project is over 1,200 square feet? We’d love to help! Larger projects simply require more “man-hours” than a 10-day window allows. We will still provide a prioritized timeline, but it will fall outside the Quest Quick guarantee.

If I have countertops and flooring, can I collect more than $222 if Quest fails on their guarantee?  Yes, there is a $222.00 maximum guarantee per customer/project scope because customers may choose to purchase kitchen countertops and bedroom carpeting.  Those processes, albeit completed by the Quest Interiors Installation Crew are different processes and require separate quotes.
